Design from a Minoan jar, black & white illustration
Swirls & stars design with a ‘rose’ of 5 white rotating swirls in the centre - from a jar, Minoan, 2000-1700 BCE. Taken from an illustration from ‘The Palace of Minos’, published in 1921 - Arthur Evans’ account of his discoveries at the Palace of Knossos, Crete.
The pendant setting is made from metal alloy with a ‘granulated’ edge design, and the glass cabochon is 20mm across. Choose a 24” (60cm) silver tone chain, or an 18” (45cm) black leather cord or black organza-&-cotton cord. A pendant on a chain or organza-&-cotton cord comes in a sturdy black card gift box; a pendant on a leather cord comes in an organza bag so as not to distort the leather by tight folding.
